The Well will have three levels of underground parking available throughout the complex. Parking is managed by Precise ParkLink. Currently parking is available on P1, P2, & P3. Street access is only available from P3 via the 8 Spadina Lobby.
For day to day parking, an automated machine will generate a ticket to open the arms at the entrance.

Facing Spadina Avenue, this new station is capable of charging 19 e-bikes at once and is a welcome addition to serve the growing number of employees who work within this iconic building in Toronto.
Thanks to the great partnership between TPA’s Bike Share Toronto program and RioCan, this e-station adds to The Well’s cyclist-centric design which also features a dedicated bike lobby that houses 2,590 on-site bike stalls, as well as cyclist locker and shower facilities.
We’re pleased to be a part of the City’s #TransformTO initiative, which has the ambitious target of having 75% of all work/school trips under 5km be done by cycling, walking or transit.
