Operating Hours

  • Monday-Thursday:  11 am – 7 pm
  • Friday-Saturday:  11 am – 9 pm
  • Sunday:  11 am – 6 pm

CHECK-IN
For the best experience, we recommend arriving at the Skating Hut, located adjacent to The Rink on Front St W, 15 minutes before your session.

This will provide you with sufficient time to check-in, secure skate rentals, size up appropriately, check your parcels/boots and to lace up for your skating session.

SKATE RENTALS
The Skating Hut, next to The Rink, is where you can access skate rentals. Rates are $10 for adult sizes (6-12) and $5 for kids sizes (1-13).  All rental proceeds support the Out of the Cold Program.

HELMETS, SKATE AIDS & ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT
For individuals aged 12 years and under, wearing helmets is compulsory. Although not required for those above 12, we strongly advise wearing them for your safety. Kid’s Skate Aids and Adaptive Equipment for accessibility are also available to borrow from the Skating Hut with our compliments.

Please keep in mind that the availability of these items is on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you get your preferred size, we recommend arriving early for your skating session.

PARCEL CHECK
Check your shoes and belongings with us at the Skating Hut for $5 for regular-sized and $10 for oversized items.  All proceeds support the Out of the Cold Program.
